The certificate program consists of three parts; the entire event is 7 hours. This event is eligible for ACMPE, ACHE and CEU credit.

Aligned with the Human Resources Management domain of the Body of Knowledge, this ACMPE Human Resources Management Certificate program is an in-depth online learning experience that provides healthcare leaders with a mastery of human resources management concepts, including: staffing plans, recruitment and compensation/benefits; employee engagement and talent management; and labor relations and employment law.

The content for this 7-hour program will provide you with the knowledge to: 

• Establish a staffing needs assessment 
• Evaluate strategic plans for staff training and retention
• Critique company policies and procedures 

Upon completion of the 7-hour online program and after passing the exam, participants will receive the Human Resources Management Certificate and be issued an HRMC credential at the end of the month via email.

Completion of this program is exclusively eligible for the Human Resources Management Certificate through the certifying body, the American College Of Medical Executives (ACMPE). Completion of this program is exclusively eligible for the Financial Reporting and Budgeting Certificate through the certifying body, the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). Certificates are widely accepted throughout the industry, proving completion and understanding of topic or skill-specific courses.
